  • Storage

    You’ll receive 1 GB of storage for every user in your account. With Ecofiling, you can store and share all your company files in one place and provide all your employees easy access to them.

  • Bandwidth

    Every time you upload, download or send a file with your Ecofiling account you will be using some bandwidth. We provide you with 512 MB of bandwidth per user, enabling you to share your files across the entire company.

  • Versioning

    Versioning enables you to upload a new version of a current file while keeping all the old versions in your account. No more confusion about which version is which: you can easily locate the file you need without having to overwrite or delete previous versions.

  • File commenting

    You can add comments to all files that have been uploaded to your account. Keep colleagues up-to-date with new changes and information on all your files.

  • News feed integration

    You can display the latest company news or pressing industry news on your Dashboard. You can also have your own account RSS feed for all employees to subscribe to, keeping them up-to-date with the latest files and messages.

  • Company notice board

    Add this option to your dashboard and leave important messages for all users to see. Keep everyone up to date with company news and information without having to stray from your desk.

  • Twitter integration

    If you have a Twitter account, you can display your messages on your dashboard with our easy Twitter integration. This is a great tool for internal company communication or for social network marketing. Let the world know what's happening with your company!

  • Multiple recipient sharing

    Send files to any number of recipients through Ecofiling and let them download one of your files. Great for sending large files too large to attach to an email.

  • Stock quotes

    Add your company's stock price information to your dashboard and it will be updated in real time.
